The Model PL9000-224 high-accuracy kingpin plate load cell kit from PRECISIONLOADS allows for complete self-containment of the trailer on-board weighing system. This allows a particular trailer to be used with any tractor, anywhere at any time. The kit utilizes two high-strength PRECISIONBEAM
load cells, precision-machined weld-down bearing plates, and plated, Grade 8 mounting hardware. The kingpin kit is typically used with air-ride, spring suspension equalizer, or single-point trunnion load sensors for complete trailer payload and axle weights. All trailer load cell sets are connected to sealed, stainless steel digitizers which are wired to a digital weight display. The PRECISIONLOADS
display unit can be provided in a NEMA-rated, foam-lined enclosure for environmental protection and shock absorption. |
