Column Definitions

A	Estimated number of pounds each container on the route is overweight. Weight deviation from estimated standard weight per yard.
B	Cost of above overweight amount per container
C	50 pickups is and arbitrary number. It is used to establish a base or reference point for your own comparisons.
D	This report assumes there is a five (5) day work week.
E	Represents maximum annual amount of money at risk per truck due to emptying containers of unknown weights.
F	20% is a conservative, realistic percentage of undercharged accounts.
G	Missing column: the amount of overhead each overweight load costs your business in fuel, truck wear and tear, extra payroll, etc.
